By accessing or using the Helix Crawl platform, API, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Helix Crawl provides a web crawling and data extraction API that allows users to retrieve structured data from publicly accessible web pages. The Service includes REST API endpoints, SDKs, dashboards, and related documentation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape content in violation of a website's terms of service
• Collect personal data without proper consent or legal basis
• Engage in activities that disrupt or harm the Service or third-party systems
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service

5. API Usage & Rate Limits

Your use of the API is subject to rate limits and credit allocations based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Helix Crawl and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you extract using the Service, subject to applicable third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helix Crawl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
